Leliekloof LogeJamestown, , South Africa Gästehaus | (POA) |
Leliekloof lodge is set on a working farm on the Stormberg Mountains in the Eastern Cape, within an outstanding valley called the 'Valley of Art' by South African artist Walter Battiss.
Accommodation is offered in the main farm house which can accommodate up to 15 guests. The ambience of the house with its unique environment does not lend itself to strangers sharing. We therefore only take one group of guests at a time (no matter the group size), offering a unique farm holiday experience where friends and family can enjoy activities and relax together.
To make the most of your stay we recommend at least two days and warm clothes (high altitude at 1800mitres) it gets cold even during summer months. To reach us, we further recommend vehicles with high ground clearance. Remember to pack a camera, binoculars, decent footwear, sunblock & hat, warm jacket, food, snacks and drinks.
The Climate:
Our summers are warm to hot with cool evenings (always have something warm to wear)
Winters are cold to very cold (expect minus temperatures; gloves, hat & thick jackets are necessary)
