Gratitude Farm is a Country Retreat where the horses work as teachers. It is located 12km from the charming and quiet town of Riversdale at the feet of the Langeberge. Organic farm with own water from springs in the mountain. Long week-end or week retreats possible. The price includes one hour work every day with Vanessa and the Horses.

GRATITUDE HORSE FARM BEWERTUNGEN (93 %) Excellent pecefull place by Jose Belmonte, South Africa 31 December 2013 Our stage in Gratitude has been wonderful. The kids were playing around with the chicks and the goose and the dogs and the cats feeding the horses......and we could take a real break. We walked and picked flowers and we took a bath at the river. The place and the owners gave us more peace and wellfeeling we normaly get from any place. We stay at the cottage which is very well and tastefully arranged. The thik claywalls kept the cottage fresh on this hot days so it was lovely to be and sleep there. We do recommend this place to everybody and specially to families. Vanessa and Carstens were so friendly and they made us feel rite at home and my children just loved it and even now two weeks after the stay at the farm, the farm and the family is still a hot topic in our house... We miss it already and will be sure to go back agaian sometime.
