It is on the West Bank of the Boesmans River Estuary with easy access to slipway and boat trailer parking by the tennis courts. Only a short walk from a local convenience store and a few local restaurants.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and a sitting area. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Extra blankets and towels are provided.

The open-plan living area has a kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, oven, crockery and cutlery. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a TV with selected DStv channels.

The apartment leads to a veranda with braai facilities, a wooden bench and garden furniture.
