This unit is part of Seagull Holiday Apartments. Located only 200 meters from Margate Beach in Margate, Seagull 412 provides accommodation equipped with a balcony, garden, and year-round outdoor pool for tenant's use.

The apartment features two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with two single beds and the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, pushed together. The fifth bed is in the lounge area. Linen and towels are supplied. The unit has two bathrooms. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet, and basin. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle plus utensils. The unit includes a portable one-burner gas stove. There is a large counter with three stools to sit on.

There is a six seater dining table and a living area with two chairs and a two seater couch (big enough for a child to sleep on), as well as two side tables and a coffee table. This area offers beautiful sea views. There is a TV with an OPEN VIEW decoder.. Guests must bring their own standard decode, card and connection cables if they want DSTV channels ( Not the Explora). There is Wi-Fi available.

The balcony offers spectacular views of the ocean and Margate Beach all the way to Manaba. There is also a portable two-burner gas grill on the balcony.

IMPORTANT EXTRAS:

The unit offers a battery backup system that automatically switches on when ESKOM fails. So no inconvenience of load shedding on your vacation.

The Seagull Holiday Apartment complex has its own borehole for when municipal water is not available , for basic use , not for drinking .

There is one free parking bay for each unit, additional parking and trailer parking can be arranged at an additional fee. A paid laundry facility is available on the premises.

Enjoy the wonderful view of the main beach while relaxing in the complex's infinity pool or enjoy a game on the giant chess set. Various outdoor and undercover braai areas and outdoor seating are available around the grounds and by the pool.

Mbumbazi Nature Reserve is 10 kilometre from Seagull 412, while Southbroom Golf Club is 11 kilometres away. The nearest airport is Margate Airport, 3 kilometres from the accommodation. There are three shopping malls within a 10 kilometres radius.

Please note: The pool at Seagull is currently unavailable due to a leak being detected and we are not sure when this will be fixed.
