Novel Villa lies nestled in the heart of Gordons Bay, just 25 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and only 40 minutes from Cape Town. We promise to offer great value for money, and believe that our visitors deserve quality and space during their holiday vacation.

Our Villa is 3 Star graded by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa and is Highly Recommended by the AA. The villa comprises two levels, with each level featuring two two individual holiday suites with private entrances. The holiday units are situated 200 m from the main beach and 100 m from major shops and restaurants. The flats overlook the magnificent False Bay area, with mountain views behind, and the villa can accommodate large group bookings of up to 20 people.

Friendly people, spacious clean flat. Bit noisy and the main bedroom is quite warm. The fan helps for the noise and a bit of the heat.
