Villa Royale 203 faces the sea and is a holiday apartment in a secure complex in Sheffield Beach. Villa Royale is a complex with residents and has very strict rules about noise. No load shedding
The unit accommodates up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet. In the second bedroom is a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. The second bathroom has a shower, washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The main living area has an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as a breakfast bar for four. The kitchen leads to a dining area for six and a sitting area with air-conditioning and comfortable seating and a TV with certain DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The glass doors to the lounge area lead to a few steps and a large patio with patio furniture and a view of the ocean. The complex shares braai facilities and a communal pool. There is a steep path that leads to the beach below.There is paperwork required for boom gate access. This needs to be sent 48 hours before arrival
