My sister and family stayed at the hotel. The room was very nice and they liked the breakfast. They were woken up by noise from people leaving a restaurant close by but I think the staff at reception dealt with the problem.

We really enjoyed our 1 night say at the Ascot. The room and bathroom were very nice and absolutely clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient.
