Bushveld Bivouac

Located on a hill called Phezulu, meaning ?high point? ? and it is indeed the highest point on our farm ? our four luxury suites on platforms were each chosen for their incredible views and privacy ? and all (Dragon Rock, Marula, Seringa and Lillie) are named for their particular distinguishing features. With every detail lovingly considered, our large, comfortable, 25m2 tents have WIFI, private bathrooms, kitchens, plunge pools and fire pits (braai grids and utensils provided). All have been custom designed by the family that owns Bushveld Bivouac and are unique. All have king-size beds made up with glorious pure cotton linens, a ceiling fan and a dressing area com- plete with storage space and gorgeous custom-made gowns waiting to wrap you in indulgence and cosiness.

Look out over the northernmost point of the Drakensberg while sipping a G&T in the pool at Dragon Rock; lose yourself in your thoughts and the endless bush vista under the marula tree at Marula; revel in the multi-story treehouse of Seringa or ponder the history of the Ga-Mashishi Mountains from the heights of Lillie. Wake up to the sound of a myriad birds or hear the call of the zebra; go to sleep at night to the cry of a fiery-necked night jar after a day of walking our well-indi- cated trails or cycling our gravel tracks; or simply soaking up the bush on a comfortable lounger next to your private plunge pool, for which swimming towels are provided. Smell the unmistakable smell of the bush in the early morning. Experience sunsets like no other ? in complete luxury and total privacy.
