Big Tree Guesthouse is situated in the heart of Brits, and has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We offer four comfortable rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities, TVs with DStv and bar fridges.

There is a dining room and an outside braai area for all guests, and all meals and lunch packs are available on request. We have safe parking and are within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Brits is a modern, developing town surrounded by fragrant citrus groves. Attractions include the De Wildt Cheetah Research Centre and the Vaalkop Dam Nature Reserve; a nature reserve to enthusiastic birdwatchers where more than 340 bird species have been recorded.

Our experience there was wonderful the owners are so friendly and make u feel welcome straight away...it's so quite and relaxing.. I would recomended Big tree to everyone.

Average but comfortable by

Room was lovely, clean and the kitchenette was useful. We were asked to leave at the latest 9 when the rules and the website says we can leave at 10. We did not like that as we felt we had paid enough money to get the full benefit. Breakfast should be included at that rate

Unexpected delight by

My husband and I were just looking for a quick stop over for a wedding. Big Tree Guesthouse was affordable, clean and comfortable. Perfect for our requirements.
