The apartment was adequately furnished in a minimalist way. All nice and clean. Safe parking and Wifi. The negatives I experienced was the agent insistence in charging client for cleaning the flat. It comes as a hidden cost - booking fee and cleaning charges - putting the final price up to 20 per cent extra. It is your responsibility to clean the flat, not the client. Considering the cheap labour's we have in this country you are overcharging the client in your charges. Front door was lose and shaking with the gale winds; shower excelent flow of water but slippery; safe not working; kettle was cheap plastic and mal functioning. Soap to clean dishes was of a poor quality. Hope the agent take this in notice because it is a lovely flat to stay in.
