we stayed for one night to attend a wedding. We met with a very friendly Ayanda who was helpful and accommodating in checking us in early and gave us a room with a good view.

Ayanda arranged a taxi for us as well, could have just given us a number to call.

Great friendly, helpful and efficient service! Keep it up.

The only downside is the noise levels traveling through the hallways, which I understand the hotel can't control.
