Earth Lodge is a rustic beach lodge set on the pristine Mozambique coastline, between Tofo village and the Barra Point lighthouse. The lodge is about 23 km from Inhambane and the airport.

We offer a variety of self-catering Casas with different bed configurations. Each unit is equipped with a gas stove, cutlery and crockery. Fridges are available at extra cost per day. Enjoy some delicious meals in the lovely dune restaurant or drinks in the bar, with beautiful views of the ocean.

Tofo is famous for its dive sites and ocean safaris, where you can swim with giant whale sharks and various tropical fish. This is the perfect place to holiday if you like untouched beaches, diving, snorkelling, fishing, surfing or just relaxing with a cocktail.

We had a wonderful stay at Earth Lodge and will definitely book our next stay here again. Special thanks to Joáo for going the extra mile and helping us with whatever we needed.

Be aware before booking that by

Earth lodge is about 5km from Tofo town centre shops and activities. 4x4 needed. Power is on from 6 to 10pm otherwise, no electricity, hence no fridge. Lodge is clean but very bare. Beds not too comfy. Restaurent not yet opened. However, manager very helpful, ask him anything and he'll always make his utmost to help.
