The beautiful holiday villa is available to rent and is situated in the stunning Simbithi Eco Estate, close to the picturesque shoreline of the Dolphin Coast. The house is 5 minutes drive to world class beaches, famous surf breaks, championship golf courses, extensive trail and cycle paths. Simbithi Eco Estate is a tranquil escape, located near Ballito & Salt Rock, 10 minutes' drive from the airport. The estate offers wonderful outdoor activities including biking & hiking trails, tennis, fishing, an adventure playground, community centres, 3 swimming pools, an 18 hole golf course, restaurants, equestrian centre, mini golf and 24-hour security.

The home consists of 4 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a fan. There is an open plan kitchen, scullery and laundry that is fully equipped with all amenities including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The open plan dining area seats 10 comfortably. There are two lounge areas, both equipped with large, flat screen TV's and DStv. The outside verandah has a lounge area and bar seating and is situated next to a lovely splash pool and braai facilities.

The abode also offers guests laundry amenities, Wi-Fi access and garage parking on the premises.

Wendy's home is beautiful with every need considered. We had a relaxing enjoyable holiday. We didn't regret our choice of holiday home. The beach is very close. Lots of shopping centres close by.
