Summer Place

Summer Place is a two-level detached apartment with sea views from the dining area, lounge and balcony. The self-catering unit is approximately two minutes' walk to the Camps Bay beachfront and features a telephone, wireless Internet, 24-hour monitored alarm, and cleaning twice weekly.

The unit comprises an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area upstairs, with a small study area with a couch downstairs. The lounge opens onto a sea-facing balcony through sliding doors. Satellite TV, DVD, PVR, a dining area for six guests and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and tumble-dryer are also provided. Other features include a communal swimming pool, gas barbecue facilities, four deck chairs and underground parking with remote access.
