Nivica 31

Nivica 31 is a beautiful self-catering apartment with modern features in a secure complex in Olifantskop, Langebaan, on the West Coast. It is ideal for a family holiday as the complex has a large communal swimming pool.

This apartment sleeps six guests and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed and share the second bathroom with a shower and a bath. All linen and bath towels are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area has a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and a counter with chairs. The kitchen leads to the lounge area with comfortable seating and a TV. Free WiFi and board games are available.

The apartment has an indoor barbecue and the sliding doors lead to a balcony with beautiful views. Guests have access to the communal pool and braai area.
