Sondela Family Getaway by

First of all the resort is really great and it is not our first time at Sondela. I am however disappointed with the fact that our booking experience was such a mess. There seem to be no communication between travelstart and Sondela as no one was aware of our booking although the money was deducted from out account immediately. I especially made an effort to also e-mail Sondela prior to our arrival to confirm our booking, but no response was received. Then our and also ALL our fellow campers biggest frustration is the inability of Sondela to control the animals(more specifically the Njala's) at the camp. They are actually a nuisance and very arrogant. They take food from your camp, although we try to pack away, and in the process damaging your stuff. Pushing things from the tables, eating through plastic which is also not healthy for the animals. They honestly do not go away at all. This was so so unpleasant as this occurred while you were sitting at the camp, sleeping or away they were not bothered at all.
