Very friendly and pleasant stay by

The chalet was very comfortable and surroundings awesome with a couple of deer coming to greed us while we were having a braai

A bit disappointed by

We had a great stay. And we enjoyed the accommodation and breakfast made available. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even accommodated us with extra freezer space. And all our extra requests for ice and salads for the braai were met.
We were on our way to do a game drive the day after we booked in and when my husband reported this to reception (as is requested by them) he was told we couldn`t drive around in the veld as they had a group of people hunting. We were forewarned regarding the Hunting Festival on the Saturday, but nothing was ever said about us not being able to go on any game drives while we were there. We left on the Sunday before our stay was over, for the Kgalagadi Game Park.
The swimming pool was also not in a working condition.
