CITY STAY WEST REVIEWS (78%)
Unprofessional by

The booking process is relatively easy. The directions that are on the website are incredibly misleading. We were lost for close to 2 hours at night in a strange city. The receptionist whom we called for directions knew nothing about the city and was unable to assist us after more than 10 calls to her. The security guard who had our keys when we finally arrived was extremly rude. In the morning, no-one spoke to us at all. This is such a beautiful guest house which is being let down by their unprofessional staff. Management has since aplogised for our horrible experience though.

Very nice by

Very nice place. Great with free wi-fi. The only downside is the location. A little far from shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful.

Cleanliness by

The place was really clean, and comfortable

Had a great stay by

When we arrived, we noticed that it was directly opposite the local waste water plant. Our first impression was not good, but when we arrived at the guest house, we noticed that they planted some trees and decorated with some decorations. This was effective as it hid the sewage plant opposite the road. The entire time we were there, we had ONLY good, friendly and effective service. NEVER was anyone rude and we never even smelled the sewage plant (bonus). The guest house is central to the Pioneer mall, CBD and other areas of the city. There are restaurants around the corner ranging from Pizza to Asian. The room was serviced DAILY which was much appreciated. We had a great stay and will return next time we visit Lesotho. Thanks to Palesa and Chika... :-)
