Casa Luna Lodge is a beautiful lodge set on the idyllic tropical shores of Inhassoro, a tourist town located opposite the Bazaruto Islands of Mozambique. The exclusive Casa Luna Lodge is suitably positioned on the beachfront, just 1 km north of the holiday destination of Inhassoro in the province of Inhambane. The Lodge is located just 70 m from the beach and with its plentiful birdlife and beautiful surroundings, it is very close to paradise.

Accommodation at Casa Luna consists of 12 spacious thatched chalets and four luxury tents. The lodge also offers a highly recommended on-site a la carte restaurant and bar and a beautiful swimming pool to cool down on those lazy summer days surrounded by a sweeping deck which overlooks the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. Wooden steps lead from the lodge to the beach and to the Casa Luna Beach Bar.

Nice beach and restaurant by

We spent five nights at Casa Luna in Inhassoro this December. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant had great views of the sea, and the beach was just down the steps from the deck. However, our room, and many others were located behind the restaurant where there was lots of foot traffic and little privacy. Management was nice enough to put us in a better room for the last three nights that was away from the car park with more privacy. I suggest requesting one of these rooms in advance. The management seemed happy to accommodate such requests when possible. The beach is beautiful and not too touristy, with lots of local activity. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was good, but monotonous. No fresh fruit or juice. We travelled with three kids, and the lodge was very accommodating towards them. We also went out to Paradise Island for a day, which we also highly recommend. We would probably go back, though the cost was on the high side for the potential of a room with little privacy and loud nights.
