Beach Tower House is a self-catering holiday home located in Langebaan, a small lagoon town on the Cape West Coast. Situated an easy hour's drive from Cape Town, Langebaan provides an ideal base from which to explore the West Coast and the bounty of excellent attractions in the area.
Beach Tower House consists of the main house that sleeps 6 and an additional unit called the outhouse with 2 extra bedrooms that can sleep another 4 people, 2 in each bedroom.
In the main house, there are 2 sea-facing double bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. The main house offers a modern bathroom, with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet.
The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one in the outhouse and a guest toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan dining room with a bar counter, a comfortable lounge with DStv and a fireplace; and an entertainment area with an indoor braai area, a snooker table and a dartboard.
A fully fitted kitchen, with a spacious open-plan dining- and bar-counter, leads to a comfortable TV and lounge area with a fireplace. This space flows into an adjacent entertainment area with a built-in braai, snooker table and dartboard. There is a laundry, fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a wash tub, that is available for rentals of 5 days and more.
On the large verandah, facing the beach one enjoys awesome sunsets and sea breezes every evening. The garden sports a variety of indigenous plants as well as a sea facing braai area with panoramic views of the beach and lagoon.
A sunny patch of lawn and an outside shower forms part of the private courtyard. The property is fully enclosed and offers a safe and secure haven, with ample off-street parking space for motor vehicles.
