Art Guest Accommodation is a bed and breakfast accommodation establishment situated in Lutzville, a picturesque little town in the Olifants River Valley in the Western Cape. Located near Vredendal, it is only a short 20-minute drive from Strandfontein and Doringbaai on the West Coast of South Africa.

Accommodation is offered in three lovely and comfortable en-suite double rooms and features also includ a gift shop and a coffee shop under the lapa. The guest house and coffee shop is owner-managed by artist Hilda Vermeulen .

The fully serviced double rooms have private entrances, off-street parking is provided and delicious breakfasts are served either inside on in the lapa. Each room is equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, a bar fridge and a television with all local channels, M-Net and DStv sport and movie channels. Internet and fax facilities are also available on the premises. Guests are not restricted to their rooms and have access to all lounge areas in the guest house, and children are welcome too.

In true Hilda-style there is a surprise around every corner in this warm and friendly bed and breakfast establishment. Each en-suite room has been uniquely decorated not to look like any of the others. Some of the furnishings were handmade , with finishing touches added by Hilda. The artistic genes were handed down to their children and the handy work of Hilda's son is also visible throughout Art Guest Accommodation.

Art Guest Coffee Shop offers delicious light meals, sweet treats and a variety of coffee, tea and cappuccino for individuals or groups of up to 25 in one of four areas throughout the establishment. Hilda invites you to enjoy her homemade cooking in complete privacy or join the rest of the patrons in any of the public areas on the premises.

Situated in a peaceful part of Lutzville, Art Guest Accommodation is also the perfect venue for champagne breakfasts, ladies lunches, corporate lunches, product launches, a traditional barbecue under the lapa, or any occasion you can dream up.

Art Guesthouse in Lutzville is a really pleasant place to stay. The hosts are very friendly and one immediately feels at home. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

Exceptional value for money by

It seems like everything nowadays is too expensive, this is not true for Art Guesthouse (Skemerlig Room) - such value for money, lovely spacious, well equipped zircon room, kitchenette and bathroom. Their shared braai lapa area is always available and a great way to meet and relax with other guests. All of this coupled with Hilda, At and staffs hospitality (and fantastic food) means we will definitely be back and be referring all our friends to them. Well done Hilda and At! Thank you.

Ons was in Des 2017 daarOns het dadelik welkom gevoel en ons het so lekker gekuier saam die mense wie se gastehuis dit is, hul het uit hul pad gegaan om ons welkom te laat voel , ons het lekker gelag en gesels, ek kan regtig die plek aanbeveel.
