Apartment 214 @ Victoria Junction is a spacious and airy ?New York style' apartment situated on the second floor of the Victoria Junction complex in Green Point. This secure complex is ideally located close to all amenities and within walking distance of the city centre and the V&A Waterfront.

The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of three guests. The mezzanine bedroom is reached by a spiral staircase, and contains a queen-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. A third guest can be accommodated on a sleeper couch. Linen and bath towels are supplied.

The lower level comprises an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, as well as a guest toilet with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains an oven, a microwave, a fridge, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. A washing machine is also provided. The living area opens onto a large balcony overlooking an enclosed court and with views of Table Mountain and the City. The balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy breakfast, or a sundowner.

The apartment boasts free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a DVD player, and an iPod music station. It is serviced weekly. Secure basement parking for one car is provided. Guests are welcome to make use of the complex's well-maintained swimming pool.
