Issue after issue by

My room was not ready when I wanted to check in. When I wanted to pay the balance, the owner did not know how it works, she suggested I pay the balance with SafariNow. Please let me know if I can pay the balance to you and if you will be able to issue me with an invoice. I left my room at 19h30 to buy food and on my return she had 2 men in my room to remove the 2 single beds to accommodate them for the night. They were in and out of my room for more than 15 minutes to take out the beds while I had to sit on my bed watching them and waiting for them to leave before I could eat. I will not stay there again.

Well Treated by

We found Erika & staff to be very welcoming and warm. They made a concerted effort to accommodate us. Although hot breakfasts are not the norm, Olive's Place went out of their way to do a very nice hot breakfast. The establishment is still new, but given an opportunity and some time, they will make a mark on the map. Thank you!
