Wonderful by

Wonderful hostess. The cottage is enormous and so well kept. The hostess is so willing to please and service outstanding.

A modest spot by

Not so many places to select from that are within Bronkhorstspruit -this was convenient for what we needed.
Alta was very pleasant and helpful and responded in a timely manner to my contacts. The directions given in the confirmation email were confusing as we got close to the town and then totally incorrect once we were within the suburb where we needed to be. Alta was helpful on the phone when I called to say we were horribly lost.
The cottage itself was self catering and fulfilled our needs.
Initially we had no hot water but this was rectified as it was gas heated. The shower is a gas powered one and VERY temperamental -either scalding hot or freezing cold.
The bedding was insufficient for such cold nights and the spare blanket in the cupboard smelled unwashed. This was rectified with additional blankets being given.
The wall heater is totally inadequate for the space, only feeling as though it was emitting heat when standing right against it.
Very much a case of "you get what you pay for".
