Leo's Den is a shared private home offering a relaxed and safe haven located in Fish Hoek, a timeless coastal town and popular tourist suburb on the False Bay coast of Cape Town. This old world fishing village is well known for its white sandy beaches, warm Indian Ocean waters, and complex cave systems where prehistoric human fossils have been found.
The house was fully renovated in 2017. All amenities are for your use: Lounge, Kitchen, Braai (BBQ) and swimming pool. Accommodation is available in 4 guest rooms, each overlooking the large outdoor pool. The Blue Room has a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom.
The Brown Room has a double bed, plenty of built-in closet space and makes use of a large shared bathroom. The Small Twin Cabin of about 8 square meters is the budget option with 2 single beds and shares the main bathroom in the house. This is a cozy cabin at the side of the pool. It has a table, small wardrobe, and bookcase.
The small single cabin is also built right at the edge of the pool and you use the shared bathroom in the main house. There is also an additional outside toilet with basin and an outdoor shower of you dare! Breakfast may be ordered the night before for only R50 per person when required.
Staff are on hand to help you when needed. We are Dog friendly. NO CATS. Dog charge is to be R100 per dog per night.
Most visitors to Cape Town will end up on the Peninsula to see Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope, the Penguins, Kalk Bay and the many others sights and activities to enjoy here. Many will decide there is so much to do they need to stay over for another day or so. Fish Hoek is the perfect place to do so.
Fish Hoek is a very safe village, lots of restaurants serving great food at great prices. Home to our Blue Star (International rated) beach. Two water kayak schools, surf schools, dive school, endless mountain and hill treks and a stones throw from Noordhoek for the horse lovers and Chapmans Peak Drive, the msut experience coastal road.
