The completion of Utopia Guest House flats in 2021 ushers in a new era of quality accommodation in Alberante. Utopia is newly built and Guests can enjoy the comforts of a home away from home. All three of our guest flats have a kitchen and comfortable lounge. Utopia offers hospitality, warmth, and tranquillity for both leisure and business travelers. We can only hope with the qualities we have instilled; will bring guests like yourself back for another great experience.

We Offer:
If you would like to have a small braai, we can arrange this at an extra cost. We would organise a braai and coals for you outside your flat

The Guest House is owned and run by Myself, Candice Phillips and my husband James Phillips, therefore we are here to make sure your stay goes as smoothly and relaxing as possible

Alarm System, Electric fence and beams linked to a rapid security Company throughout the property for safety. We are situated in a well enclosed boomed area

Tea and Coffee making facilities in rooms

Daily cleaning service except for weekends (On request)

We have 3 Flats on offer: Flat 1 WATER BLUE, Flat 2 EARTH GREEN, and Flat 3 FIRE RED? All of our flats are fully equipped.
All of these flats were inspired by the Guest House name UTOPIA ?Perfect Harmony?. The main foundation colours that run throughout each flat are: Greys, Whites and Neutrals. Each flat has a colour and an element of the universe as a whole. We chose three of the universal elements that work in perfect harmony.
