Chesapeake Bay 24 is a furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Chesapeake Bay complex overlooking the beach in Margate, and close to various shops, restaurants and amenities.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom and second bedroom contain a double bed each. The first bathroom contains a bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. Second bathroom contains a shower , toilet and basin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a 4-seater breakfast bar with stools and a round table with 4 chairs.

The lounge area contains a ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV. Clients need to bring their own bath and beach towels, standard DStv decoder, not the Explorer, and smart card with their connection cables. The living area opens to a balcony.

The Chesapeake Bay complex has a communal swimming pool, a children's jungle gym, a tennis court, and communal braai stands. Secure parking is provided on-site.
