17 Manzini Holiday Resort is air-conditioned, accommodating up to five guests, in two bedrooms as well as a spare room. The main bedroom is fitted with a queen-sized bed, a dressing table, a hairdryer as well as a ceiling fan. The second bedroom comprises three double bunks. Guests have access to secure parking as well as a patio area with table and chairs.

The complex has two swimming pools, braai facilities that guests can make use of as well as a deck that boast views out over the estuary.
