Balooga, a sought-after complex in Margate, has been built to maximize the sea views. It is within easy walking distance to Margate's main beach, shops, and a selection of restaurants.

The apartment itself can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. This apartment features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, each with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second and third bedrooms are each furnished with twin beds. There is plenty cupboard space for your convenience.

The open-plan living area comprises a kitchen that features a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. It leads into the lounge with a TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi. Guests are welcome to bring their own decoder and smart card for DStv viewing. Concertina doors open out from the lounge and main bedroom onto the verandah with a gas braai facility.

Please note that this unit is not available for rental to students or student groups, without adult supervision. Nor is it available for private parties. If it is found that there are just students in the unit or that you are having a party in the unit, you will be in breach of contract and may be evicted without a refund.
