This three-bedroom, three-bathroom features a private entrance and is situated within a townhouse complex with excellent neighbourhood security. All three en-suite bedrooms are light and airy, with luxurious, cotton bed linen, light, soft, cuddly blankets and electric blankets.
The main bedroom contains a large king-size bed, that can convert to two single beds, and opens onto the private, enclosed garden. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, that can convert to two single beds, overlooking the courtyard entrance. Each of the rooms has a bathroom that is fitted with a shower and a bath. The third bedroom opens to a courtyard garden and contains a queen-size bed with an en-suite shower. For families with children a portable crib with mattress and bed linen, microwave bottle steriliser and high chair is available.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, stove and oven, microwave, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery, fridge, deep freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. A mini portable one-plate gas stove is also available for guests to use should power outages occur. Meals can be enjoyed at the kitchen counter on bar stools and the eight-seater dining room table.
The cosy lounge is furnished with a corner unit and two wingback chairs, a TV with Netflix and DStv, and it leads to the sunny conservatory. A separate, dedicated workspace, with a height adjustable desk, and height adjustable office chair is available with the convenience of uncapped wi-fi.
The lovely home is equipped with an inverter that keeps the Wi-Fi running, TV and a lamp on during loadshedding. In addition, all the lamps and many of the lights, throughout the house, are fitted with battery back-up, LED light bulbs.
Guests can relax in the beautiful patio garden and a single lock-up garage and a covered car port is available. For security purposes, there is an external camera on the property and an armed response company patrols the neighbourhood.
