Service was very good, staff members(beauty and janet)were very friendly. The washbasin was impractical - it is too small and water does not flow out freely enough. The linen and the towels were fantastic - a fridge or ice-maker would be a well-needed addition to make your guests stay more comfortable

I booked the accommodation for my parents. They have come back raving about their stay at the Cape Nelson. They say it was first class and so luxurious. Thank you for making them feel so special.

Lovely staff and property by

Thank you to the wonderful staff who were so accommodating and assisted us where possible.  The breakfast area is delightful.  Our room was a little on the small side and admittedly I did not thinks about room size when I booked.  The rooms are also fairly close together and so sounds of the television etc. can be heard from other rooms.  It is however close to good coffee shops, the beach and shopping centres. Thank you for such divine breakfasts too!
