40 on Likely B&B has seven beautifully appointed bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Warm wooden floors and décor in shades of honey are completed by comfortable beds with crisp percale linen. Sumptuous breakfasts are served in the open plan dining room. The winter chill is kept at bay by a roaring log fire and, during summer, one is able to enjoy the scented rose garden. Picnic baskets, lunch boxes and dinners are available upon request. This B&B is very close to Menlyn Shopping Center, just off Atterbury in Lynnwood Glen.

Service Excellence by

The place is super fantastic, homely and comfortable. As a result we have extended our stay to end of the month. Keep up the good work. People are friendly and the hospitality is great.

Stay at 40 on Ilkey by

The bed was comfortable. Loved the convenience of the B&B being a few kms from the place that we visited in PTA. Privacy was great- no disturbance or loud noises. English breakfast was not the best.

4 day stay by

Friendly obliging staff but more attention should be paid to room details e.g. globes not working, leaking baisins.
