The unit can sleep 4 adults and 4 children due to bunker beds. The unit comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge, and a kitchen. The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin.

The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 x bunk beds, and the second bathroom contains a bath, a shower, a toilet and a basin. For DStv access, guests are required to bring their own decoder and smart card. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, and washing machine and tumble dryer.
