The Cosmopolitan is a modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated self-catering studio apartment in the secure Cosmopolitan complex in Sea Point on the border of Bantry Bay and close to the Sea Point promenade. The Cosmopolitan complex has a prime location and offers easy access to beaches, restaurants and coffee shops.

The apartment has an open plan layout. The sleeping area has a queen-size bed and built-in closets. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, a basin, underfloor heating and heated towel rails.

The lounge has a couch and a flat screen TV with Netflix. Wi-Fi is available. The dining area has a round dining table with seating for three guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a washing machine.

Secure undercover parking is available. The Cosmopolitan building offers 24-hour security, an intercom for the porter and an elevator to the apartment.
