Mermel 4

Mermel 4 is a modern two bedroom, two bathroom unit, that sleeps four adults and two children, overlooking the lagoon and sea in Margate.

The first and second bedrooms are fitted with double beds and standing fans, and the first bedroom also has a sleeper couch.

There are two modern bathrooms, of which one has a bath, toilet and basin, and the other has a shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is fully fitted for a self catering holiday, including a fridge/freezer, microwave and stove/oven.

The lounge has a modern, corner couch, and a flat screen TV with open view decoder and DVD player, so should you wish to watch DSTV, please bring with your own decoder, smartcard and cables. ( not PVR/Explora compatible )

There is also a dining table off the lounge seating six.

The unit boasts a large patio with a built in braai and patio furniture, with beautiful views of the lagoon and the ocean.

One garage is allocated to the unit with off street parking provided as well.

It is ideally situated, with only a short walk to the main beach and town centre, and close to restaurants and Margate's night life.
