Baronetcy Kings Villa is a luxury villa with a view of the Mother City and the iconic Table Mountain in the background on the Baronetcy Estate. This modern villa creates a peaceful atmosphere for the whole family.

The double-storey villa sleeps eight guests and has four en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning and a guest toilet. The spacious master bedroom has a gas fireplace, a TV and leads to a private balcony with a view of the city. There is a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, bath, double sink and a toilet. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. The other bathrooms each have a shower or a bath and a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.

The spacious open-plan living area has a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and an island with chairs. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the separate utility room. The kitchen leads to a dining table with seating for 8 with a view of Table Mountain. This dining area leads to the lobby with a piano and a drinks counter.

A few steps lead to a lounge area with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. There is also unlimited WiFi and a desk. Next to the lounge area there is a lounge area with a bar, seating and a Jacuzzi. The stacking door provides access to a covered patio with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai, as well as a swimming pool with sun loungers. There is also a lawn with a smoking grill.
