Balooga 11

Balooga 11 is a three bedroom, two bathroom, six sleeper, self-catering holiday apartment situated on the first floor of a secure complex in Margate located steps away from the beach, close to the Margate fishing pier.

The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and washbasin.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. A dishwasher & washing machine / tumble dryer combo is provided, and there is also a breakfast bar with stools as well as a dining table that seats four. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat screen TV with unlimited Wi Fi for your convenience.

The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area which has an outdoor patio set and a gas braai. A parking bay is allocated to this unit, and visitors parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a swimming pool in the complex with a beach gate which leads down to the beach at Lawrence Rocks, about 20 meters away and Margate main beach and restaurants and shops are about 200 meters away.
