Masion d´art means in short, ?The Art house? and is a toned-down, more relaxed and tranquil option for art lovers, creative individuals and people that loves and cherish beauty. The seven bedroom Villa stretches over six levels of glass and concrete, an architectural dream with high ceilings and magnificent sea and mountain views. The spacious rooms are furnished with king or queen-size beds and some have modern en-suite bathrooms while others are shared, fitted with showers and baths or showers only. Cosy fireplaces, bar fridges, art desks, mirrors, bedside tables and wardrobes, are available in some of the rooms.

Located on the top level, the penthouse suite, also called The Nest, stretches out over an entire floor with both magnificent sea and mountain views, a private sunset terrace, an art lounge, and a cosy wood fireplace. Enjoying uninterrupted sea views, the second bedroom has an elevated position right under the penthouse level, with your own private garden space for a morning workout or a relaxing sunset yoga.

Although it is the smallest room in the villa, the third bedroom offers a tranquil and relaxed space for the visitor that wants to sleep amongst the trees. Guests will enjoy a relaxing view of the well-established 10m high trees in the centre of the villa's structure. The cosiest room in the villa, bedroom four has a down-to-earth feeling with its big fireplace, opening onto a private terrace with access to the villa's garden and a beautiful sea view.

The fifth bedroom is located on its own floor with uninterrupted sea views, only competing with beautiful well established palm trees. Located on the ground floor with direct access to the private outdoor space, bedroom six enjoys uninterrupted sea views with total privacy. Bedroom seven is one of the smaller rooms, offering direct access to the private outdoor space and have magical sea views.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, double fridge and guests can enjoy their meals at the large dining table which can seat 20 people. The kitchen has a separate mezzanine level above the kitchen and opens to a wind-protected outdoor space. The villa has multiple lounge areas with comfortable seating, fireplaces and lovely views of the surroundings.

The villa has a solar-heated outdoor swimming pool with a large terrace enjoying the uninterrupted sea and mountain views, and overlooks the spacious garden area for outdoor parties and gatherings. Garage parking is available for two vehicles as well as outdoor parking for another four to six vehicles. Staff quarters with a bedroom and bathroom are also available, and security cameras surround the house.
