CITY GRAND WEST (84 %) Luke warm reception by Hennie Greeff, South Africa 20 December 2010 When the guy at reception eventually looked up from his paperwork he told my wife to get our own trolly. He showed no willingness to assist with the disabled customer. The girl who took over from him was streets better which shows you what only one bad apple can do to a place's reputation. The room was very comfortable and clean and the rest of our stay went very well. Overall the place is very well groomed and wheelchair friendly. The beds were amazing, had a great night's sleep. the pool was also great for cooling off. Welcoming/Friendly by Pragasen Naidoo 18 May 2017 Was good to be back at City lodge Grand West.
