Lowlight - no water! by

Didn't have water to shower, both in the evening and the following morning. I informed the caretaker, and his response was ?Please be aware there are electricity and water outages? . He never warned us about this before. When I spoke to him this morning when we were checking out he said this problem started last year. My suggestion is that this place must cease to operate until the water issue has been resolved! You can't be charged R1300 and have not water to shower! I'm really disappointed!
