The house comprises three en-suite bedrooms. On the upper level are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and a balcony overlooking the ocean. Each en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. There is also a pool table on the upper level for entertainment.

Downstairs is the third bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The open-plan living area is downstairs, with a fireplace in the sitting room. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave.

The house has two garages for parking and two outside braai- areas for guests to enjoy.
