Villa Ventura is a Mediterranean-style bed and breakfast with beautiful sea views. Located in Margate, close to all amenities and various beaches. Catering for the budget conscious, this is the perfect place to slow down, switch off and just take it easy, enjoying the relaxed coastal lifestyle. Offering cosy and comfortable accommodation, Villa Ventura is suitable for holiday makers and business people frequenting the south coast area. We can accommodate single bookings or groups of up to 18 people.

Our executive suite offers spacious accommodation with magnificent sea views. Perfect for honeymooners and those seeking that extra space. Tea and coffee-making facilities are available on request. Continental or a hearty South African breakfast is served in the dining room. Relax in the secluded pool and entertainment area surrounded by tropical vegetation and enjoy sundowners and a braai at the end of the day. Just bring your own food and drinks.

The bed and breakfast accommodation rates are excellently priced. Secure parking available. Children most welcome.

The south coast of KwaZulu-Natal, also known as the hibiscus coast or the golf coast, is perfect for an unhurried, unworried, sun-soaked, beach-bashing holiday. The many beaches are flanked by the ever-warm Indian Ocean and attract surfers, divers, fishermen and sunbathers likewise. Also known as the golf coast, it's a golfer's paradise, with seven top 18-hole golf courses at your fingertips. go hiking, deep-sea fishing, diving, angling, whale-, dolphin- or bird-watching, river rafting, abseiling, riding, play tennis or golf or try a microlite or light plane flip.

Enjoy the nature and the abundance of bird and animal life at the various nature reserves and hiking trails nearby. Visit one of the many craft shops and art galleries. Dine out at night at one of the many restaurants and pubs close by or try your luck at the wild coast sun casino, only 32km away.

Our stay at Villa Ventura was absolutely beautiful, relaxed and special. We were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. Yvonne and Sweetgirl made us feel like we were home. We had the privacy we needed and the comfort of home. I booked this holiday to take my boyfriend away for his birthday and boy did he have a blast. We both feel so relaxed and recharged for work again. Many thanks once again.

We spent four nights at the Villa Ventura and we thoroughly enjoyed all four nights. We have stayed at many establishments throughout the years and I am very comfortable to state that our stay at Villa Ventura easily ranks as one of the best. Sue and Cecil are undoubtedly the best hosts we have ever had - they did so much to make our stay pleasant and memorable, so a huge thank you to them!! To anyone looking for a place to stay when in Margate, rest assured, you will be in great hands at Villa Ventura.

Best vacation we've had. The breakfast is to die for every morning, my husband and I each put on 4 kilos. Lol we will definitely be back for another visit soon.

We stayed over night in the upstairs suite which has excellent views over Margate and we found the location silent and peaceful despite the holiday rush in Margate. The furniture & appliances aren't the most modern but everything is clean and works well. We'll happily pay a return visit. Suggested improvements; softer pillows and a dish towel to dry tea/coffee cups in the upstairs suite.
