Poor service by

I was so disappointed ??? by kB apartment, the room was not tidy and even the bedding was not clean, the shower was not working properly. There was nothing good there, even the reception was poor. We had to wait at the gate for more than 30 minutes waiting for them to open for us after we have called several times
