San Lameer Villa 2513 is a sleek and stylish bachelor studio villa, located in the incredibly desirable San Lameer Estate, Southbroom, KwaZulu-Natal.

This open-plan villa can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 1 child below the age of 6 and comprises a bedroom area, a bathroom, and a kitchenette and living area. The bedroom contains a queen size bed, a bunk bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower. As an added bonus, the villa comes equipped with uncapped WIFI.

The kitchenette comes wonderfully equipped with a washing machine, tumble-dryer, and microwave, and there is a TV with DStv in the living area. The main room is air-conditioned. There is also a patio with a 4-seater table and a portable braai for afternoon braais. The unit is serviced, except on Sundays and Public Holidays.

The villa is conveniently located, within walking distance to many leisure and sport facilities. The security controlled estate offers beach access, swimming pools, tennis and squash courts, golf, a children's' playground, and bird watching.

The San Lameer estate also has a small shop, some lovely restaurants, and a liquor store, as well as a library where you can access free Wi-Fi and rent DVDs.

We liked it so much we extended our stay by another day

Surroundings were excellent, so peaceful and relaxing by

I loved the room. It was clean, from kitchen to linen. When we needed help the owner responded very quickly, I liked that very much showing some responsibility. The toilet and shower was ok but needs some little bit of care.
