Corona Del Mar 9 is a self-catering duplex in the secure Corona Del Mar complex in Uvongo. The complex is just 350 m from Uvongo beach, and the location offers easy access to shops and restaurants.

The duplex can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. This room opens to a balcony with sea views. The first and second bedroom contains a queen size beds, and the main bedroom also has doors opening to the balcony. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The kitchen, dining and living area are downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washing machine. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs and has doors opening to the patio. The lounge contains comfortable seating, ceiling fans, and a flat-screen TV with Openview decoder. The lounge opens to a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture, a built-in braai, and a small private garden area.

The complex offers an entertainment area comprising a communal swimming pool and braai facilities, which guests are welcome to use. Secure parking is available in the complex.
