The Molopo Kalahari Lodge is a wonderful, fully-equipped facility consisting of ten en-suite rondavels, 14 en-suite chalets, and a reception area with a gourmet restaurant, a lively bar and a parlour.In addition to the more than 60 available beds, there is a fully-equipped camping facility with ablution blocks and a large thatched lapa for functions, conferences or product launches. Private braai facilities are available.Visit the Kgalagadi National Frontier Park, less than 30 minutes from us.

Very good a-la-carte restaurant! by

They have a first class cook - I can only recommend the a-la-carte restaurant! The rooms could be equipped a little bit more affectionately and functionally (in some rooms you have to climb over the toilet to reach the wash basin)... but its a nice surrounding and everything is clean.

A very nice lodge which is perfectly situated to go to or come from the Kgalagadi NP. Unfortunately the road was not ready yet, but we saw they were busy redoing it. The service and the people at the lodge, as well as the food were also very well. We enjoyed staying there, although it was only for 1 night and even went back after our visit to the park, to say hello and exchange our experiences. I would certainly recommend it to friends and family.
