Unit 5 offers comfortable self-catering 6 sleeper accommodation in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the second floor with sea views from the balcony.

The apartment comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The first and second bedroom contains a double bed and then there is a sleeper couch in the lounge. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin, and the second with a shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, an oven, stove and a microwave.

The lounge suite seats 6 people and the dining room seats 4 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen nook.

The lounge is also equipped with a flat screen TV with full DSTV.

The bedrooms and lounge are all fitted with ceiling fans.

The complex offers a communal braai area in the garden, a lock-up garage, visitors parking and an automated gate enclosed with palisade fencing.
