Discover the art of fly fishing at the bottom dam, Lake Heron, nestled on the estate's enchanting grounds. For those seeking a bit more adventure, Lake Troy awaits just 500m away, on the other side of our quaint old farm house and new cottage. With our alluring selection of fly tackle and barbless hooks, and the convenience of a small rowing boat, basic rod and reel, and C/R net, you'll have everything you need to create lasting memories.

Our wildlife-rich dams are home to a bountiful array of rainbow and brown trout, ensuring an exhilarating fishing experience for enthusiasts of all levels. As you cast your line, keep an eye out for the majestic Eland, Black Wildebeest, Fellow Deer, Mountain Reedbuck, Blessbuck, Waterbuck, springbuck, Duikers, and Bush Pig that roam freely within our fully game-fenced farm. You may even catch a glimpse of these magnificent creatures in front of the fruit trees or hear their enchanting night sounds near your cottage.

To add an extra element of excitement, we offer clay pigeon shooting at our farm, facilitated by our registered CTSASA service provider. Feel the thrill as you take aim and hit your target, surrounded by the breathtaking natural scenery.

For those planning special occasions or group events, our 120-seater Wedding & Function center provides the perfect setting. We offer full catering services tailored to your specific needs, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable gathering.

Indulge in the comfort of our well-appointed cottages, where standard amenities such as coffee, tea, mineral water, complementary sherry, red and white wine, juice, milk, a small cheese board, and crackers await your arrival. As you cozy up by the fireplace, rest assured that firewood, charcoal, and lighters are provided for your convenience. Please note, however, that we do not offer weekend services, as our staff do not reside on the farm.

To enhance your stay, our cottages are pet-friendly, accommodating a maximum of two dogs per unit. We kindly request that you bring your own dog beds, bedding, and bowls to ensure their comfort. Please remember that our furry guests must not climb onto furniture or beds, and must be free of ticks and fleas upon arrival, for the benefit of both subsequent guests and any potential allergies.

While exploring our idyllic grounds, please refrain from swimming in our dams, so as to preserve the tranquility for our resident dogs, cats, horses, farm animals, and wildlife. For your beloved dogs' safety, we ask that they be kept leashed around other cottages, guests, and staff, but they are free to roam under strict supervision elsewhere on the farm. Only one of our units, Starry Krowa, is suitable for large breed dogs, while the other two units are exclusively designated for small dogs. Please be reminded that owners are fully responsible for their pets, and any damages caused must be settled prior to departure. We kindly urge all pet owners to be considerate by promptly removing and disposing of pet waste, and keeping noise levels to a minimum, as a courtesy to fellow guests.
