Riverbend Farm Cottage is situated in the Southern Drakensberg, on the banks of the Mzimudi River.

It is a two-bedroom cottage with a compact bathroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen, a living room with a flat-screen TV and a fireplace that warms the entire cottage.

There is a kettle braai and an outside braai on the veranda. Trout fishing is available in season and the cottage is pet friendly.

Lovely scenery by

Cottage was spotless, owner was friendly and there were even dog chews for our dogs. Our children had great fun playing in the river.

Fabulous setting by

We stayed in the cottage at the end of December, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cottage is lovely and very clean and well-maintained (has to be the best shower I've used for a long time). The surroundings are lovely and we really enjoyed the visits from Lulu. The weather was very strange but added to the enjoyment and adventure

Glorious setting by

The photo's do not do this place justice, it has the most incredible setting, peace and tranquility. Our fur-kids were in heaven ! Lovely easy walks around the property and fishing in the river. A reduced rate after the third night would encourage longer stays.
