Absolutely nothing!!! by

We arrived at 4.30pm....your staff did not know about our booking which I made a moth before..I received confirmation and proof of payment. We should have had room 2 but had to settle for 7....TV not working nowhere to charge a phone...not as clean as it should have been. It gets worse...our stay was so unpleasant that we wanted to leave as soon as we woke up just to find that we were locked in...no key to unlock the entrance door...we phoned the number available on the booking several times...no reply...my husband knocked on all the doors all locked except for one.. he opened the door called but nobody there...lights and TV on..fortunately there was a sliding door to get out...took our keys to reception all locked up...drove back and left the key in the room. What if a fire broke out. Then also a bakkie filled with bin bags right outside our window... We certainly will not be back
